Our minds never stop working, even when we are sleeping or laying in bed. So, while we can’t stop our brains from working, we can and should maximize our downtime. We may bring more peace to our brain by meditating, taking walks in nature, napping, and engaging in hobbies on a daily basis. Looking at relaxing photographs is another way to achieve this for a short period of time.
