Squirrel from ‘Ice Age’ movies finally gets his acorn

Blue Sky Studios, the team behind the Ice Age films, closed down last year due to the economic impact of COVID-19, but in one last short released today, they’ve finally allowed Scrat, the company’s scrappy squirrel mascot, to eat the acorn he’s been chasing for years in a bittersweet ending.
